I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The location was ideal, centrally positioned for all of the iconic landmarks and just a short walk from Times Square. The staff were very kind and provided excellent service, from the bell boys to the room service. One particular doorman took the time to recommend amazing places to eat and visit, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a lovely restaurant and bar area. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Close to Korea town. Many restaurants nearby. Close to attractions such as Empire State Building and Bryant Park. Large, well-decorated room with extra sitting area. Friendly staff.

The spacious queen room was a great value! Loved the separate sitting room and the comfy queen beds. Location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots and 24-hour restaurants. Service was top-notch and loved the help-yourself espresso machine.

The small refrigerator never got very cold and the hotel breakfast was overpriced. had a bit of a hassle with the check-in process and communication seemed to be lacking among the staff.

I recently stayed at the Avalon for my trip to the city. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the middle of all the landmarks. It was very clean and well kept, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. All the departments at the hotel were welcoming, making us feel like family. The staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. The lobby was beautiful and there was always coffee available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with extremely comfortable beds.

I stayed at Avalon for a weekend getaway with my son. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we could easily walk to Broadway, Rockefeller Center, and other attractions. Our room was spacious with a cozy sitting area and a fridge. The large post between the beds provided some privacy. We enjoyed the comfortable sleeping and the unique view of an old water tower. The staff was friendly and accommodating. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Avalon.

The location of this hotel was perfectly situated for the sightseeing ahead, with Midtown and Korea Town just around the corner. The staff provided excellent service, making sure to pay attention to every detail. The rooms were spacious and clean with very good mattresses and the included breakfast had French music playing in the background and something for all taste.

All was in order, no improvement needed.

Small but stately appearance. Great location by Subway. Friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms for families, with option for extra bed. Coffee machine off the lobby is fabulous. Best croissants nearby at Cafe M. Great value with included breakfast.
