I had an extremely good experience staying at Avenue Suites Georgetown. The location was safe and easy to find, with convenient valet parking. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even matched the lowest internet price. The apartment-style room with a separate bedroom and kitchen was perfect for our needs. Plus, Trader Joe's was just steps away! The hotel's proximity to the Connector Bus and the White House made getting around a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the suite with a complete kitchen and living room, perfect for enjoying breakfast and evening wine and cheese. The hotel was also conveniently located near attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Georgetown.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was slightly outside the downtown area, but still in the center of the city. We were able to walk to Georgetown, which was a nice bonus. The staff at this place were absolutely amazing. The reception desk was always attended and the staff there provided impeccable customer service. The manager was remarkable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I was also impressed with the room amenities, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and the sitting area. The free toiletries were a nice touch as well.

Great location, very close to M Street, which has many restaurants and stores. Also conveniently located near the Foggy Bottom metro station and George Washington University. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the full kitchen, especially with a young child. The staff was friendly and cooperative.

Some aspects of the room were outdated and in need of remodeling, such as the bathroom and kitchenette. The ambient temperature in the room was difficult to control, and the refrigerator and plumbing were noisy.
