Fantastic location with private access to the Colorado River—clear, cold water that was refreshing in 115-degree heat, though the sand at the beach was blistering. The children's play area is exceptional, but the pool was overcrowded and murky. Rooms were simple and clean, but we dealt with broken elevators and ice machines. Dining options lacked variety, especially for vegetarians. Service was friendly, yet staff seemed overwhelmed. The presence of second-hand smoke was disappointing, affecting us even when not in the casino. Minor annoyances overshadow the fun, and management needs to step up.

The room was spacious with a king-size bed that felt comfortable. the carpet needed cleaning and there was a rough tub bottom that made bathing difficult. I appreciated the front desk's friendly service, especially from Lilly. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately, noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, affecting our sleep. There were red smears on the walls near the restroom that were concerning. The sink drains were clogged, and the toilet didn’t flush effectively, which disrupted our experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to amenities.

The Avi Resort & Casino features a clean room with modern amenities and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay. the dining options fell short, and smoke from the casino permeated the air. Attention to maintenance and customer service could elevate this venue significantly.

I loved the spacious room and the amazing pool, which was a blast to enjoy, plus we had three different restaurants within easy walking distance, making it super convenient for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; additionally, with the Colorado River just a few steps away, we could easily explore the beautiful scenery and even visit the Colorado River Nature Center, which is not too far at all! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we wanted to leave our luggage before check-in time; however, the room did need a bit more cleaning, so I hope they improve that for my next visit.

The pool area looks inviting, but the unheated pool is a disappointment in early spring. there are significant concerns. Adult pool rules were ignored, allowing children in designated areas. Inventory shortages at the pool’s food service hindered our experience. Rooms, although newly refurbished, had maintenance issues like faulty headboard lights. The lack of basic in-room coffee service doesn't align with expectations. This place has a lot to offer, but consistent quality and improved guest experience are essential for future visits.

The casino had classic slot machines, which was fun. Our room was clean, but the pool was green and unwelcoming.

I really appreciated the fantastic river view from my room. The bed was super comfy, and the room itself was clean. I also liked that there were shops and restaurants all conveniently located on-site. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. the room had a poor smell of smoke, despite being designated as non-smoking. The Wi-Fi connectivity was pretty spotty, and the lighting in the room was inadequate - my lamp didn't even work. The lack of a microwave was a bit inconvenient, and the carpeted floor seemed dirty. Housekeeping was a letdown too. I never saw them during my stay, and my room wasn't cleaned at all one day. It was disappointing that the elevators were not working properly, and we had to wait around with a baby and stroller at times. The parking situation was also frustrating, as non-guests were taking up spaces, forcing us to park quite far away. the Avi has its perks like the great location and handy amenities, but there are definitely areas that need to be addressed for a more satisfying guest experience.
