My family and I stayed at Avid Hotel for a weekend getaway to explore the city. the hotel was impeccably clean, had a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the gym access offered to guests, a thoughtful alternative to the closed pool. the lobby's 24/7 snack and drink selection was a fun touch, and the staff's kindness, like Christopher at check-in, made our stay special.

The room design was clean and simple, which was refreshing. the shower was great too! It was nice to not have to worry about hotel carpet if you know what I mean. the location was super convenient, close to everything we needed.

Our Thanksgiving stay was less than ideal. We weren't given any notice that the hotel was closed down, which was a huge inconvenience.
