The decor was new and modern, which gave the hotel a refreshing look. I also appreciated the laminate flooring in the rooms, as it felt cleaner than carpet. the refillable pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap were a great eco-friendly touch and reduced plastic waste. the staff at night were friendly and made me feel welcome.

There was hair on the sink, toilet, floor, and even in the folded towels. the containers of soap and shampoo were also empty, which was inconvenient.

The room at Avid was spotless, with comfortable beds and a great green approach to bathroom amenities. Surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the highway. Enjoyed the gym, delicious breakfast with healthy options, and helpful staff. Perfect value for money, would happily stay multiple nights.

Dirty towels left on the floor until the next morning. Room smelled and had hair on the pillow, bathroom not entirely clean.

The staff was deaf-friendly and the buzzer and light door combination was a super cool feature. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway and was perfect for our late arrival and early departure. The free wi-fi in public areas, off-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and business center were all great amenities. Plus, the fact that they didn't allow pets made it a worry-free stay. The air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms was a definite plus. our stay was mind-blowing and we couldn't have asked for more!
