The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, even fixing the safe and showing me how to use it. Free coffee and hot water in the lobby. Easy access to Soho and close to Holland Tunnel for quick trips to Newark Airport. Snug and comfortable room with cute decor and a large window for city views. Immediate hot water in the shower, with soap and shampoo dispensers. Free wifi and plenty of outlets for work. great value and would recommend.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms are double the size of what you would expect in this area and are snug and comfortable. Despite being in the middle of SOHO, the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast options are plentiful with many nearby restaurants to choose from.
