During my recent stay at Ballastone Inn, I had a truly unforgettable experience. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a fireplace and a unique king size bed that had stairs to access it. The bathroom was adorable and the windows overlooking the petite garden added a touch of charm. The tea room was a cozy spot to enjoy a delightful cup of coffee or tea at any time of the day. The inn's location was perfect, within walking distance to parks, trolleys, restaurants, and charming boutiques.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided great conversation. The breakfast served on the patio was a nice touch and the food was tasty. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore and discover all the attractions nearby.

One downside of our stay was the lack of staff presence in the evenings. On one occasion, a couple checked in and there was no one there to orient them, and the bar was closed so they couldn't even get ice.
