Speaking of the location, being able to step out of the hotel and have a direct view of the campus was a real treat. I loved being on the third floor and having a room with a view of the San Francisco Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the students at the front desk who gave great recommendations for inexpensive places to eat. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy charm to them. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with homemade granola - a perfect way to start the day!

I loved the complimentary coffee that was available all day and the cozy fireplace in the lobby that added to the warmth of the hotel. the key location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to indulge in delicious holiday treats and do some shopping.

The rooms were a bit small and the heating system was noisy and inconsistent, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the continental breakfast was also lacking, with no hot options available and only basic pastries and fruit provided.
