We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin nestled in the mountains. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with 100% creature comforts. The location was perfect, surrounded by soothing nature and offering plenty of hiking opportunities. We also enjoyed spending time at the boating pond, taking a dip and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

We had a fabulous stay at this inn! The house is stunning and filled with historic charm. The cozy living room with the fireplace stove was a perfect place to relax. We loved the fruit, homemade cookies, and coffee available all day. The rooms were beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, and were surprisingly spacious. The locally sourced and organic food and toiletries were a nice touch. Meghan and Tyler, the innkeepers, were warm, informative, and great cooks. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The 200-acre property offered amazing walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing opportunities. We also liked the convenient location near Cascade, Whiteface, and Lake Placid, and enjoyed dining at Noonmark Diner and Forty Six. we highly recommend this fabulous inn!

I recently stayed in a small cabin and it was wonderful! the interior was beautifully decorated and had a fully equipped kitchenette that made me feel at home. I enjoyed the tranquil location, surrounded by trees and close to a lovely brook and pond. the staff was helpful and friendly and even provided me with delicious locally sourced breakfast each morning.

While the location was beautiful, it was a bit secluded, not close to any shops or attractions. Though, this could be a plus for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise for nature lovers. the room had exclusive amenities, including a comfortable king-size bed and a private terrace overlooking the garden. the outdoor dining area had a stunning view of the breathtaking mountains. the staff provided a tailored service, meeting all of our requests. the hotel's location was perfect as it was nestled in nature but not too far from the city center.

The shower booth in our room was small, making it difficult to shower comfortably. this minor issue was resolved by using the private facilities of the hotel's spa.

Additionally, the inn had a beautiful garden, adding to the overall tranquil atmosphere. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby hiking trails and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.

We recently stayed at the Sentinel Cabin at Bark Eater Inn and had an amazing winter weekend getaway. The cozy cabin with its warm wood trim and comfortable furniture kept us feeling cozy and at home.
