Great facility with super staff. Food and bar are perfect hangout spots. Room in Augsburg 1 was fantastic. Rainfall shower heads weren't my favorite but still a good stay overall. I'd come back again for sure.

I stayed at this charming hotel for 1 night during my visit to Augsburg. the staff was attentive, the facilities top-notch, and the food at the bar was fantastic. the room was cozy and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Despite the minor inconvenience of the rainfall shower heads, my overall experience was wonderful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The facility was great. the staff we interacted with were super helpful. the food and bar were fantastic spots to hang out. the room we stayed in was amazing and had everything we needed. the location was convenient for our business meetings and exploring the area. Overall, a great value for the stay.

It would've been helpful to have some instructions on adjusting the water temperature in the shower, especially with the rainfall shower heads. However, this small inconvenience didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

I always return here for Business trips. the staff once helped with an insect bite. I love the free Wi-Fi, parking, and the wonderful amenities: fitness studio, outdoor dining, poolside bar, and more. It suits me perfectly and I have no regrets staying here.
