We only stayed for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The charming room was a highlight, and the owner made us feel so welcome and at home. The personal touch of the inn was truly exceptional. We will definitely make The Bay Inn a must-stay on our future trips to Up North Michigan!

Our stay at the Bay Inn was fantastic! The value for the money was excellent, with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave in the room. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

The morning meal could be improved with a better variety of soap options for the shower.

The hotel may be a little dated, but it was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The view from the patio area, especially at sunset, was absolutely stunning. I would sit there every night to watch the sun go down over the bay. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and check-in was a breeze. The room had everything I needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, and a mini coffee maker. The towels were thick and the shower was hot. a great value for the money.

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! I could see the beautiful bay and it added a touch of serenity to my stay. the bed was also very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. there was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding traffic and other rooms, which disturbed my peace and quiet.

During our romantic escape, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the bay and overlooking the harbor. It was also conveniently situated for exploring nearby attractions like Charlevoix and Tunnel of Trees. Another advantage we appreciated was the immaculate rooms, which were spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms with fresh white caulking around the tub.

There were a few aspects that were not as satisfactory. the lack of an elevator made it difficult for older guests to lug their suitcases up the stairs.
