The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even sent a welcome call and check-in text to make sure everything was going well. The cleanliness of the premises and rooms was impressive, especially during these uncertain times. Additionally, the waterfront deck provided a beautiful view and a great space for relaxation and conversation.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times on Gulf Blvd. It was also mentioned that the beds were not the most comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, as it was right on the waterfront and close to the beach. Additionally, it was conveniently located right next to the trolley stop.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the canal and the beautiful lights at night. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for our family. We appreciated the dog-friendly policy so we could bring our furry friend. we had a fantastic stay and would come back again.

Our stay was on the waterfront part, just across the street from the white sand beach. The location is amazing with a bay view from the deck. The room and bathroom were quite clean. The staff and housekeeping were helpful. Fishing poles were available for rent and the beach access was directly across from the hotel. The kitchenette was equipped for cooking your own meals.

Just one issue during our stay, the pool area was a bit small and cramped.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Bay Palms Waterfront Resort. The resort had a fabulous view of the bay, and it was so peaceful and relaxing to watch the sunrise every morning from the dock. The staff was friendly and informative, and they immediately addressed any issues we had, such as moving us to a larger room with working AC. The resort had great amenities, including a small outdoor bar, mini golf area, and volleyball courts. The location was also convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store close by. I highly recommend this resort for a great vacation experience.

I loved the deck and the lighting at Bay Palms Waterfront Resort. It provided a comfortable and relaxing area to unwind. The staff was attentive and responsive to my requests, ensuring my room met my expectations.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the difficulty in finding the main office and the dark layout of my room, overall I had a positive experience at Bay Palms Waterfront Resort. I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and attentive stay.

Lovely pool area facing both east and west, social patios, and comfy beds. Lively bar at night with friendly and attentive staff. Honesty of staff when leaving a gold chain in the room and complete blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Convenient Alexa in the room and a fishing pier downstairs. Overall a great location with a variety of amenities.

Friendly staff, efficient maintenance, refillable soap dispensers, honest front desk, quiet environment. Nice view, updated motel, clean and newer appearance, deck with lounge chairs, close to convenience store. Brilliant reception staff, pleasant and clean room, thoughtful touches, outside games and pool, clean and pretty harbor. Prompt and gracious service, gem of a property with swimming pool, deck, and waterfront setting.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem! The prices are very affordable and a great value for money. The staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The rooms with 2 Queen beds have an excellent view of the bay, and the little balconies are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The basic amenities are well-kept, and the breakfast is tasty and well-prepared. I especially loved the attention to detail in the rooms with the suitcases kept in a separate area.

As older guests, we appreciated the updated and clean appearance of the motel, with a nice view of the inlet. The deck on the water with updated lounge chairs was a great spot for relaxation. The location close to Walgreens was convenient for any needs. The housekeeping staff was helpful and pleasant.

The stay felt cozy without any reason to complain.

I have to say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had a nice kitchenette. The location was also fantastic, right on the marina with beautiful views. The staff treated me very well and were always attentive and quick to respond.

As for breakfast offerings, I think it could have been better.
