The hotel's proximity to the harbor area and many great restaurants is unbeatable, with both only one block away right on the bay. The rooms are also clean and comfortable, with fireplaces and DVD players for a cozy night in. Breakfast with coffee or tea is provided, which is a nice touch.

We were happy with the convenient location close to the waterfront, attractions, and shops. The parking was decent and the staff was helpful, making check-in easy. The rooms were clean but somewhat outdated, with minimal amenities, and the view was not impressive.

The breakfast did not live up to our expectations, as it was advertised as continental but was just cereal and toast.

We were initially worried about the parking situation but were pleasantly surprised to find an ample amount of parking available. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the updated A/C-heater. We also loved the newly remodeled shower stall. we had a pleasant stay, and we would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel for my vacation! The best thing about it was the location - it was really close to so many good restaurants and shops, which made it really convenient for me to explore the area. I also loved that the waterfront was just a short distance away. The room was really nice and clean, with lots of amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and television, which made it feel very comfortable. Plus, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and I could tell that they really cared about making sure I was having a great time here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The breakfast selection was satisfying and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The hotel was very conveniently located near many restaurants and bars. we appreciated the spacious room that had ample storage for our belongings.

The room had a terrible odor coming from the bathroom, reminiscent of sulfur. The TV did not work and the toilet bowl kept moving, causing us to feel uneasy while using it.

We had a pleasant stay at Bay View Inn. The location was great, within walking distance to shops and attractions. Our room was recently renovated with new paint, tile, and carpet. Although there was no mirror in the bathroom, everything else was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The view of Morro Rock from our room was beautiful, and it was convenient to walk to the Embarcadero and vintage shops. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the quietness of our room, which seemed to be soundproof.
