The staff at this hotel were exceptional - always super friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. the woman at reception even offered to keep the jacuzzi open for us later than usual. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with lovely, fresh sheets and pillows that provided a perfect night's sleep.

The breakfast room at the hotel was a bit cramped when it got busy. It would be great if they could consider expanding the space to make dining more comfortable for guests.

The fitness center, while small, offered a spa tub and a few cardio machines that helped me stay active during my downtime. It was a convenient amenity, although the space was a bit cramped. Despite the size, I appreciated the opportunity to unwind and keep up with my workout routine during my stay.

Being charged a full price of room hold the day of the stay then being charged full price of hotel hours later.

Comfy beds and good AC, clean room and great location. There were some noise disturbances and issues with staff attitude, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The place was just a 5-minute drive away from all the cool spots we wanted to hit up, super convenient! Man, it was spotless everywhere, like I mean really clean. And gotta give props to their breakfast selection, wish they'd keep it going till 10:30 though for us late risers. 🌟 Never had much space at the sink area 'cause all our coffee stuff was crowding it, they might wanna rethink how things are laid out.
