Ian provided exceptional service, even upgrading us to a spacious room with a kitchenette and handicapped accessible shower. the hot breakfast was delicious, with options like pancakes, biscuits, and oatmeal. the atmosphere was welcoming, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.

This hotel is a great find in the Brainerd Lakes area! The room was clean and well-maintained with a balcony overlooking the beautiful forest. Located in a very busy resort area, this hotel has everything a tourist could ask for. The spacious and cozy rooms offer comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The excellent service and friendly staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast served in the area around the fireplace is exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, there is free wifi and a large pool available to guests.

The air conditioning may take some time to adjust, but once it does, the guests should be comfortable.

Found a great hotel for our holiday that offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the hotel location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. the room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel seemed a little dated and could use some refreshing. the front desk staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.
