The location was great, just a 5-minute drive from the casino and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. It was convenient to have everything we needed close by. Additionally, the room had a blanket and heating to keep us warm during our stay.

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They canceled our reservation without permission, had arbitrary rules about IDs and distance from the hotel, and displayed poor customer service.
