I always choose this hotel because it has everything I need: free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal pool. The staff even helped return my forgotten jewelry during my first stay. I’m excited to come back for Christmas!

I checked into a room that wasn’t even cleaned, and it only got worse from there. Dirty floors, weird smells, and a staff that seemed overwhelmed.
