The hotel was excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The staff, especially Shannon at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in before the designated time and even provided us with a map to the nearby Jazz on Vine festival. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice full-length mirror on the bathroom door. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy everyone's preferences. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient for our needs, being close to the Road America racetrack and Elkhart Lake, as well as perfect for visiting relatives. our stay was great and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
