I always stay here for business. The staff gave me a wake-up call my first visit. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, gym, indoor pool, and more. Ideal for work and relaxation.

I just loved the cozy, old-fashioned charm of the hotel's decor. It felt so comforting and familiar, like stepping into a bygone era of elegance. The general areas were well-kept, and the walkways were easy to navigate, making it convenient for us seniors to stroll around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The accessibility was superb, with handrails in all the right places, making it feel safe and secure for us golden-agers to get around.

Maybe a few more comfortable seating options in the common areas would have made our stay even better.

Attended an annual general meeting and found the conveniences, including coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards, very useful. The meeting rooms were versatile and well-equipped for our needs, allowing for a productive and efficient gathering.

One service that would have been beneficial for work purposes was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

Great location right on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay with amazing waterfront view rooms. The staff is friendly and basic amenities like whirlpool tub provided. Breakfast included with a good variety, even for those with gluten intolerance.

The Bayshore Resort in Traverse City provided a delightful stay with its well-equipped rooms. The whirlpool jacuzzi in our room was a luxurious treat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The balcony with a stunning view of the lake was a wonderful spot to enjoy the serene ambiance with a morning coffee or an evening drink. The comfortable king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving me fully rejuvenated for the next day's adventures.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the location of our room on the "beach level", right next to the main entrance to the beach. While the proximity to the beach was convenient, the constant foot traffic near our balcony was slightly disruptive to the peaceful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Traverse City for a soccer game and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, especially the Michigan Cherry coffee and the omelettes. The hotel room had a stunning view of the beach, and I loved being able to open the door and see the beautiful shoreline. The warm beverage stand in the lobby was a nice touch, with a great selection including the best hot chocolate my son has ever had. The staff at the front desk, kitchen, and breakfast were all very kind and attentive, always keeping the food well-stocked and the tables clean. a fantastic stay that I will definitely repeat next year.

We had an amazing romantic getaway at a hotel in Traverse City. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped us with shipping our forgotten items. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better service or a more comfortable stay.

We did have one negative experience during our stay. The customer service was less than satisfactory, with an employee named Jared being particularly unhelpful.
