Our stay at the lodge was incredible. We loved how we could easily access everything local from the cabin, making it so convenient for us. The lodge is located on the side of a hill, providing stunning views of the beautiful North Georgia mountains. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the availability of parking and the transportation options provided. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was truly a perfect location in the mountains.

The stairs to the cabin were a bit challenging, especially for those who are not in great shape. This might be a concern for families with small children or older individuals who have difficulty with stairs.

The cabin was perfect, with great location and character. Amenities such as firewood, fire pits, grills, tubes, and bikes were available at no extra charge. The hosts were fantastic and the cabin had everything we needed. Free activities like hiking and fishing were a bonus.

Great location, charming properties with included amenities - firewood, fire pits, griddle, grills. Privacy from hosts but easy communication when needed. A destination in itself with river tubing, yard games, hot tub, hiking trail, and meditation area. Thoughtful provisions like propane, sleeping bags, games, and Roku. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We recently stayed at the cozy cabin in mid November and it was an enjoyable experience. The hosts were welcoming and showed us around the property upon our arrival. The location was easy to find and the proximity to town was convenient.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The path up to the cabin was narrow, poorly lit, and had sticks and stones, making it slippery when wet.

We got excellent value for our money and the room was superb, with fresh laundry scented plush towels and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with Helen's attractions within walking distance and a peaceful setting by the river. The hosts, Pam and Earl, were fantastic and made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety or additional options.

Bear Creek Lodge & Cabins is the perfect spot for young families. The hosts are attentive and offer personal tours upon arrival. The cabins are nestled in the woods by a river, providing a secluded and beautiful setting. Plenty of activities for kids including tubes, firepits, and games. Live music on Fridays adds to the fun. There are also lighted paths for evening walks.

We had a memorable stay at Bear Creek Lodge & Cabins- Pet Friendly. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning views of the North Georgia mountains. The cabin, built in the 1940s, had a rustic charm that instantly transported us to a different era. The owners, Pam and Earl, went above and beyond to accommodate us and our furry friends. The dog-friendly trails leading up, down, and across the mountain were a hit with both our K-9 companions and ourselves. The illuminated pathways and picturesque grotto made our evenings truly enchanting. The peaceful ambiance, fantastic hosts, and perfect location made this place feel like a second home. Despite a few minor inconveniences like spotty cell phone connectivity and a noisy window AC unit, our overall experience was exceptional. We cannot recommend Bear Creek Lodge & Cabins- Pet Friendly enough. This hidden gem in the North Georgia mountains is definitely worth a visit.

The Friday night live music added an extra touch of fun. We also enjoyed the lighted paths for evening walks. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The Lodge cabin comfortably accommodated our large group of 16 people and provided a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it was still a minor issue compared to the overall amazing experience we had at this lodge.

The cabin was cute, cozy, and pet-friendly. Pam and Earl were accommodating hosts. Plenty of activities on-site and a short walk to town.

Helen was within walking distance, making it easy to explore Oktoberfest activities and other attractions like the mountain coaster and haunted house. Betty's country store was adorable and had everything we needed.
