Charming and welcoming with friendly staff. the room was upgraded and had a chilled bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. the breakfast was delicious with freshly prepared eggs and a buffet with a variety of options. the manager gave great recommendations for restaurants and provided a list of recommended antique shops.

There were some issues with double charging and difficulty reaching the front desk. the turn down service was not properly explained and led to an unsettling incident.
