Great view of the gulf and friendly staff at the hotel. Amenities like beach chairs and bikes were provided. Last night of my honeymoon was enjoyable at this beach location.

Entry door had big gaps around the edges, which allowed light and draft inside the room. Bedroom blinds were useless and the outside security light made it hard to sleep with the constant brightness.

I had a great time at Belleair Beach Club. The private beach was a hidden gem, away from the crowds. The small kitchen in the room had all the amenities I needed to cook. The staff was friendly and helpful. The heated pool right on the Gulf was a definite plus. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a shabby entrance door and a limited supply of toiletries, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located right on the beach, offering a fabulous view from the rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed and a full kitchen complete with utensils. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

our second stay in belleair beach exceeded expectations. loved the clean, updated rooms and small kitchenette. beach access was a plus and the resort provided beach gear. great location, away from crowds but not walkable to restaurants. overall, fantastic value for beachfront stay.

What an amazing stay at Belleair Beach! The beach was pristine and just steps away from our room. The recently updated room with a balcony was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still close to shops and restaurants in Clearwater. The staff was friendly and accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for a beachfront getaway.

We were impressed with the free bike rentals, beach toys, and friendly staff of this beachfront hotel. Even when the wall next to us was a little thin, the beautiful views made up for it. we would recommend this hotel for a great beach vacation.

We loved staying here. The location was amazing, right on the beach. We also appreciated the services offered such as the free laundry facilities and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was great to have a nice sitting area and a dining table as well.

We loved how close we were to the water and being able to walk out onto the beach. The hotel facilities included beach toys and chairs, which was great for our family getaway. We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect - close enough to drive to restaurants and grocery stores, but away from the crowded tourist hotspots. The room was comfortable and updated, and being on the ground level was super convenient. The pool and veranda area were well-kept and had plenty of seating, and it was just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor area on the second floor, where we could soak up the sun and enjoy the gulf view without the cool winds. The staff, including the attendants, housekeepers, and maintenance person, were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the free laundry facility and access to a computer during our stay. we had a great experience and this is now our go-to condo on the Gulf!
