Belleview Gulf Condos provided a refurbished, comfortable stay with excellent WiFi, a convenient location by the beach and bird sanctuary, and a peaceful view of the waterway. the large, unheated pool was a plus, and the mint walls with white accents added a charming touch to the rooms.

I always return for the perfect stay. Lost my keys once, staff saved the day! Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor area, pool – all in place. Laundry, TV, kitchen gear, beach fun. No pets, no smoke, just comfy. Back for New Year!

My recent stay at a waterfront condo was delightful. the cozy unit offered stunning views of passing boats and nearby nature. the comfortable bed and refreshing pool made my vacation truly relaxing. Despite a few wear and tear issues in the building and some outdated kitchen items, the overall experience was positive. Overall I recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the convenient location to the canal right outside our room, providing a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of passing boats. the hotel facilities, including the large pool and easy parking right at the front door, made our stay comfortable and convenient. Being near the beach, restaurants, and in a picturesque area added to the overall charm of our vacation.

Our family vacation at a beautifully refurbished condo was unforgettable. the mint-colored walls and white accents created a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed watching boats pass by on the waterway visible from our bed. the proximity to the beach and bird sanctuary was a highlight. Excellent WiFi, convenient parking, and a lovely swimming pool added to our stay's comfort. Being able to fish by the intercoastal while our daughter relaxed inside was a unique experience. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay in a cozy condo with refurbished rooms and a lovely view of the waterway. Enjoyed the full-size stove and fridge, the comfortable bed with excellent WiFi, and the convenience of parking right by the front door. Across the street from the beach and a bird sanctuary.

Some outdated aspects like a broken futon, lack of washcloths, and uncomfortable beach chairs. the kitchen pans were grimy, and soundproofing was poor.

Great beachfront location, refurbished rooms, excellent WiFi, reserved parking, washer/dryer on site, unheated large swimming pool. Cons: Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Great value for the money we spent, cozy room with lovely views. Location was perfect, staff were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Breakfast option: Limited meal choices could improve.

the room was exactly what I expected - clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It was great to have lots of tourist information brochures available to help plan my activities. the highlight for me was the beautiful boat dock at the back of the condo. I spent many peaceful hours watching the waterway and enjoying the wildlife. the pool was also a pleasant surprise, larger than most hotel pools. the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. I can truly say that this was the best vacation I've had in years.
