The cancellation process due to Hurricane Henri was smooth, and we look forward to returning for a full vacation in the future.

I simply adored the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's lobby, with its elegant fireplace and comfortable seating. The decor in the common areas was so tastefully done, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. As for us seniors, the easy accessibility of the hotel, with spacious and well-lit corridors, made getting around a breeze. It truly made our stay feel relaxing and stress-free.

It would have been even more delightful if the children of the staff could arrange for more daytime shuttle services for us seniors, providing greater flexibility to explore the local area.

The staff here is amazing - very wonderful people, so respectful and always with a smile on their face. the restaurant and bar/lounge area was outstanding; I enjoyed the breakfast for a great price. the service was excellent and served with big smiles. Being just 5 minutes away from the casino, the location is perfect. Even though the lobby was under construction, it didn't affect my stay negatively.

One thing that could be improved is offering more food and beverage options, especially during limited hours. A wider selection would be a good idea to enhance the guest experience.

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the back entrance/exit, which made it easy to come and go without having to navigate through the lobby with my bags.
