Berkshire By The Sea is perfectly located right across from the beach, allowing for easy access to the ocean and beautiful views. The rooms are clean and well-stocked, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff ensures that the grounds are immaculate, providing a charming and cozy atmosphere. The Wi-Fi coverage is excellent, with fast and reliable connections throughout the property. Guests can enjoy leisure activities such as a putting green, shuffleboard, and tennis courts.

The resort lacks a restaurant or tiki bar on-site.

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. It is just a few steps from the beach and close to the downtown area, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained. The pools were very nice and clean with comfortable loungers.

Limited amenities compared to larger hotels. No elevators, which could be difficult for those who cannot climb stairs, and smoking is allowed around the pool areas.
