I recently stayed at the Berkshire Motor Hotel for one night and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to find a parking space for us when we arrived late in the evening. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with Luigi's pizza within walking distance and North Park restaurants and breweries just a short Uber ride away. The newly renovated rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a cozy bed, warm shower. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in San Diego.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was super convenient, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, it was in a trendy old area with easy access to many San Diego attractions. The room was absolutely perfect and had everything I could need, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and heating and air conditioning. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, even when I accidentally left my cooler in the room after checkout.

I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this area. The service was excellent, and I especially loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the on-site car park.

We stayed in a hotel in a deep neighborhood, where there was little parking available off of the property, but it was near to everything. The location was great because it was a short drive away from downtown, Balboa Park, and the Observatory. Though small, the room was clean and relatively well-appointed. Furthermore, the bathroom was nice and had great shower products.

The Berkshire Motor Hotel in SD was a great value for the money. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with hardwood floors and a mini fridge that kept my drinks icy cold. The hotel's location was convenient, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and even refunded us for a night when we had to leave early.

The room at this hotel was clean and quiet, with no carpeting and a comfortable bed. The hotel was conveniently located near several ethnic restaurants, and Cafe Madeleine was a particular favorite. The room was regularly cleaned and organized, with amenities such as soaps, shampoos, body lotion, and coffee provided. The hotel exceeded expectations and would be a great choice for visiting San Diego.

The only complaint about this hotel is that a deposit of $100 was charged, which the reviewer could not pay. This issue was not communicated to the reviewer until after they had moved away from the front desk.
