Great location and friendly staff

The room was spacious, which was a plus. I really liked the water pressure in the shower, and the beds were comfy too. Super friendly staff at check-in made it easy. They offered breakfast to-go bags, which was convenient. The only bummer was the carpet could really use a wash; it had a bit of a weird smell.

The location of SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Chula Vista West was convenient, being close to Southwestern College and Imperial Beach Pier, which offered breathtaking ocean views. The room had a private bathroom and free WiFi, ensuring comfort and connectivity during my stay.

Regrettably, the hotel didn't live up to expectations. The building had a ghostly appearance, and the pool seemed unkempt.

Convenient location with easy access to the highway and walking distance to various amenities. the nearby taco shop served delicious fish tacos that were more than enough for a satisfying meal.

The room smelled slightly like smoke, even though it was a non, smoking room. Additionally, the upcharge for a one, day extension was exorbitant and not justified.

Our room was not up to standard. It was not cleaned throughout our stay even though we put the please tidy room sign on the door.

I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western for a few nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The room was mostly clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed. The price per night was surprisingly low for the time of year we stayed, offering great value for the money. I also appreciated the free parking and the easy check-in and check-out process. Additionally, having coffee available in the morning until 9:30am was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the TV had a great picture. We also loved the convenience of having a Mexican restaurant right next door. The hotel staff went above and beyond by providing us with a plate of muffins when we missed breakfast. the staff was very friendly and the hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
