We chose Best Western for its proximity to Psycho Silo, and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff, particularly the manager, was exceptional, remembering personal details and checking in on our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and up to date, and I really appreciated the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the freeway and nearby restaurants. It made my trip much more convenient and enjoyable.

One thing that I didn't like about the hotel was that the walls seemed to be a bit thin. I could hear conversations from my neighbors and it was a bit noisy at times.

If you're looking for a great value hotel around the Hennepin Canal Trail, this is definitely the one for you. The rooms with 2 queen beds are spacious and well-furnished, and the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is tasty and there are basic amenities that you can use during your stay, which is a big plus.

I stayed in their executive room, and I was amazed by the size of the room. It was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The best part was that they provided real cribs, not just pack and plays, for my little one. It was great to have the space for my toddler to run around and play. The room even had an eating area with chairs. As a mom, I appreciated the convenience of having a common area right outside the room where I could sit and read while my son slept.

Drawbacks: I wish the executive room had a couch and a curtain divider to separate the sleeping area. Also, my husband had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi.

Spent my Xmas at a cozy hotel by the highway and had a great experience. Enjoyed two great amenities such as a delicious breakfast and a special dinner coupon at a restaurant nearby. Hotel's key location allowed us to have a quick access to the interstate. the hotel's staff was always accommodating and polite. I also enjoyed the cozy decor and comfy beds, which made my stay super relaxing.

One thing left to be desired was the fact that the pool and some areas were not as clean as we would have expected. some of the amenities were not fully functional and required some attention to detail from the hotel's management team.

We were on our way to Quad cities airport and decided to stay at Best Western Annawan Inn for a night. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly service from the staff. The room we were given was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed and lovely bedding. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and quiet atmosphere away from the city. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the nearby Bourbon's Grill, thanks to a special offer coupon provided by the hotel. The continental breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety of options available. Despite being located next to Interstate 80, our room was immune to outside noise, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. we had a great experience at Best Western Annawan Inn and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a home away from home.
