We had an amazing experience at Best Western Bastrop Pines Inn. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming hotel attendants who made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit.

The location of the hotel was another plus. Although we were about 45 minutes away from downtown Austin, we actually enjoyed being in the quiet area of Bastrop.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the comfortable and clean room. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

One downside of my stay was the noise level. There was a group of school students and sponsors staying on the same floor, and I was awakened multiple times due to their activities.

I loved the well-maintained grass area and the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my handicapped needs. They even offered to switch rooms with another customer so I could have a roll-in shower. The entire staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, with Austin at the front desk standing out. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, yet still offers a peaceful and quiet environment. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and I felt safe and secure during my stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing, with the hot tub being the best I've ever been in - the temperature was just right.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to stores, restaurants, and the Convention Center. It is conveniently down the road from the airport, making it easily accessible for business travelers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with ample storage space and a fridge. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruit and pastries. a pleasant stay with convenient amenities and a convenient location.

The WiFi connection in the room was weak, which may be an inconvenience for those who require strong internet access for work purposes.

The bed was comfy and we slept well. the room was tidy and clean.

We had to request towels twice and were given pool towels because they were out of clean ones. the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and we were placed on hold with no response.

I had a late-night reservation after a 1 am flight and the staff was super accommodating, making sure I had a room ready and offering a late checkout. The bed was comfortable, room dark and quiet, and I slept great. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. The property was nice and off the major shopping zones, yet close to a Walmart. The shower was hot, the room clean, and breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. Best stay while relocating and purchasing our retirement home!

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for me, close to my daughter's house. The staff treated me with exceptional kindness and made sure I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some more variety and imagination. Maybe adding some new options would make it even better.

We loved how the hotel was close to both restaurants and stores. The location was perfect for us, as it was near our daughter's house. The staff provided excellent service, especially the friendly night-time front desk clerk, Rolando. this hotel offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
