The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was far beyond the typical continental options. I also appreciated that the hotel happily accommodated my request to change my room to the first floor.

I had to wait until the last minute to make reservations, resulting in a higher price since I couldn't pay in advance and there was no cancellation option. Additionally, having the coffee pot in the bathroom was a bit odd.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, especially the blueberry muffins. The room was nicely appointed with amenities including a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Being able to see the Norfolk Southern tracks from the hotel room was a unique and enjoyable experience.

The front desk person was friendly and efficient. The elevator smelled so clean. The room was nicely cooled and very clean, with a pleasant tart fragrance in the room. The breakfast was very good. The computer and printer were in working order. Internet was good. We've stayed here twice and been pleased each time.

The front desk attendants are friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for a first-floor room at the back of the hotel, which was perfect for our puppy.

We loved that this place was situated in a nice area near I-70, making it very easy to access from the highway. The service here was exceptional, with room service and dry cleaning making our stay comfortable and convenient. The room amenities were excellent, providing us with everything we needed such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. The staff here were friendly and professional, always willing to assist us whenever we needed help.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect, right off the highway, and there are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The area felt safe and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, with new carpet and linens. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing too! I also loved the fact that they had breakfast ready early in the morning, with waffles, muffins, fruit, and cereal. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the fruit-infused water they had available throughout my visit was a nice touch.
