just returned from a quick trip to council bluffs, stayed at a hotel pleasantly surprised by Best Western. breakfast was superb, AC kept us cool, and pet-friendly policy was a plus. enjoyed pool and fitness area, convenient location near gas stations and casino.

I stayed at Best Western for leisure and spent two nights. the rooms were spotless with tap open keys, perfect after a long day at the zoo. the hot shower and chilly AC were delightful, especially for hot days. the pool area felt like a cozy living room, and the warm water was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the staff was friendly.

Can just recommend this hotel.
