Rooms were clean and well, maintained. the staff was accommodating and friendly. Convenient location near major highways and attractions.

Some issues with housekeeping not getting the late checkout memo. There were a few maintenance issues with the room, such as a cracked sink and a loud mini, fridge.

The beds were incredibly comfy, the place was spotless, and the staff were super friendly! The breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious, and having our furry friend with us was a huge relief since we had no heat at home. The pet-friendly room was adorable with little doggie bowls, and the slight smell of bleach reassured us of their thorough cleaning. Despite the thin blankets, the temperature control was jaw-droppingly good. The nearby restaurant was within walking distance, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond. The front desk quickly fixed our shower curtain issue, and the spacious room exceeded our expectations. We visit Michigan regularly, and this fantastic hotel will definitely be our new go-to!

We stayed at Best Western for two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were great. The heater kept the room at a comfortable temperature without drying out our noses. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-stocked with extra towels. The breakfast was enjoyable, with fluffy omelets and golden brown waffles. The cable choices were excellent, and there was free coffee and a variety of refreshments available for purchase.
