We were pleased to find a variety of breakfast options to choose from in the morning and enjoyed the nice strong coffee that was available. the location of the hotel was convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions and shops. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

the fitness center advertised on the hotel's website was non-existent. the TV in our room only had one channel and all attempts to fix it were unsuccessful.

Location near lake, spacious and clean king suite, helpful night staff, new Best Western with excellent breakfast choices. Large room for toddler to play, accommodating staff with extra remote for TV, nice swimming pool. Caring staff preparing good food, pleasant front desk even with minimal sleep.
