The room at Best Western was lovely and well-equipped, exceeding expectations.

Just stayed at a hotel on my baseball trip. Breakfast was exceptional, not like the small rooms. Staff was nice. LOVED the outdoor swimming pool! Would choose again! The pool is better than in photos!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Best Western Franklin. The rooms were updated and breakfast was delightful. Convenient location near Starbucks and cleared walkways after snow. Kudos to the staff!

The beds were super comfy and the shower, although the pressure was a bit of a letdown, was still piping hot. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a spread that included sausage patties, pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and gravy biscuits, and a variety of juices - definitely hit the spot before hitting the road again. The only hiccup was that some of the rooms available seemed to be on the less desirable side, but overall, it didn’t affect my solid 9/10 experience!

During my recent business trip to Franklin, our director chose Best Western for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and services offered. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing break after a long day of meetings, and the fitness center allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. The hotel’s guests were friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

The children's playground was a hit with our little ones, offering a safe and fun space for them to play while we relaxed. Beyond that, the friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, and the clean and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our family's needs.

My wife says that the pool area could use some additional shade for families with children, especially during the hottest hours of the day.

A gym with all the bells and whistles, I channeled my inner superhero as I pumped iron and worked up a super sweat. The business center was my fortress of productivity, equipped with all the tools I needed to conquer my work tasks.

After a long drive, the location was perfect - close to supermarkets and downtown Nashville. Breakfast variety was the best ever! Would definitely stay again. Photos don't do justice to the spacious rooms. LOVED it!

I stayed at Best Western Franklin Inn only for transit during my travel, and the convenience of the nearest airport being Nashville International Airport, just 28 km from the hotel, was a major plus. The location proved to be convenient for a short stopover.

I experienced poor customer relations during my stay. The staff prematurely deactivated my room key and pressured me to extend my stay, disrupting my morning routine.
