The room was spotless, and the in-house Mexican restaurant, El Paso, served delicious food. The hotel's location was ideal, with downtown Hendersonville and the mall just a short distance away. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, with excellent service from the staff. it was a wonderful stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Best Western in Hendersonville. Our room was clean and odor-free, even though it was a smoking room. The location right off the highway was convenient, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night lady who assisted me with the computer. I appreciate the well-thought-out room layout, with ample space and a round table with chairs for convenience. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious food, with generous hours until 10 AM. a great experience for the price.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff was accommodating when we arrived a day early. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

The beds were fine, the room was clean. We only stayed one night, and it was perfectly OK for our use. We paid $111 for a room with 2 queen beds. Pool was still open for use. The Mexican restaurant that's attached to the hotel is wonderful. Great margaritas! The hotel offers a free breakfast that is fun. The woman who oversees the breakfast was friendly and helpful. She kept everything filled with food and the dining area clean. She greeted everyone with a pleasant, "Good morning!". Breakfast was good. Jessica who prepared our breakfast was very friendly and always got our order right. Room was clean and we enjoyed the walk-in shower. Office staff very friendly and helped us out when we needed extra linens. Pricing for the room was very reasonable. The Morning and Evening Ladies went Above and Beyond their Duty. Mrs. Ronda and night shift personnel, even Jessica from Breakfast. Room was A++++ ,⭐⭐?⭐⭐5 Stars on me and Mom's Books. Thanks for Giving us a great Sleep. Will Recommend this Hotel to my friends when they come to Asheville. Don't Forget to Recommend "El Paso" Restaurant In Lobby. Was Ordering thru Uber food which is Expensive at End of Order. The hotel had very attentive staff who were welcoming, efficient, and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the walk-in shower in the handicap room was great. The attached Mexican restaurant served the best Mexican food I've had in 15 years. The hot breakfast served to order was delicious and satisfying.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very attentive and the hotel was incredibly clean. The free breakfast each morning was delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of having a 24-hour Walmart store nearby. The hotel's location was great, right off Interstate 26 and close to areas where we could walk.
