The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel was situated in a residential area north of I-10, which was much more appealing than the commercial district along the highway. The gated parking lot added an extra level of security.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The elevator was scary and shaky, which made us feel uneasy.

We had a pleasant stay. the staff was great! They were friendly and helpful, making our experience more enjoyable. the convenience of having grocery items available downstairs was a nice touch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn. The housekeepers did an amazing job, as there was absolutely no dirt or stains anywhere. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped for handicapped guests. I appreciated the availability of a handicapped accessible room, although the beds were a bit too high, but that was easily remedied. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff, particularly the housekeepers, were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with comfortable beds and spotless rooms. The location was convenient, and the staff, from the night clerk to the breakfast attendant, provided great service.

Hotel breakfast could have been more varied.

During my recent stay at Best Western, I was impressed by the hotel's welcoming feel and friendly front desk staff. The breakfast provided was delicious and the dining area attendant was interactive and attentive to guests. Additionally, the price for the hotel was reasonable.

The room did have a strange smell, possibly due to the air coming in from the Atrium area. This caused some discomfort, but luckily I had a mask to help alleviate the issue.

This was my second stay at this facility and I was pleased. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They addressed noise from above promptly and even handled a minor accident in the bathroom professionally. the room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby and it was only 20 minutes from downtown. I enjoyed having access to the fitness center and parking was always available. The grab and go breakfast was amazing, and the pool was clean and inviting.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic breakfast. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Despite some noise outside, we slept well and felt safe. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome stay during New Year! the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to several popular restaurants and the highway. the breakfast was really tasty and there were two complementary facts offered that made our stay even better. to this, the staff was super friendly and always willing to assist whenever necessary.

We did face one issue which was the room's location. It was situated near the noise of the highway which made it a bit difficult for us to sleep peacefully.
