As physically working guests, the pool and hot tub were a much-needed treat after a long day. Access to the breakfast room in the evening for decaf and game playing was a nice touch. The friendly and welcoming staff, especially Kate at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of items, and we were delighted to find almond milk available. The cozy pool area was well-maintained, and the local photography in the rooms and hallway added a nice touch. we had a wonderful experience and Best Western should be proud of their outstanding team.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right across from the river and close to amazing places we love to visit like Hell Gate Jet Boats. The service was excellent, from the friendly front desk staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. We appreciated the shops, laundry, and dry cleaning services available here. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. The free shuttle service was a convenient perk, and we loved the welcome drink. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs, even offering hearing-impaired services.

The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and breathtaking views of the river. The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. it was a memorable experience, with convenient location, great room, and top-notch service.

The Wi-Fi connection was a little choppy at times, which made it challenging to work remotely.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect, right by the river and in a less commercial area, but still close to places we like to visit like Hell gate jet boats. And the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

The hotel has recently been renovated and it looks brand new. Our room was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious and we loved being able to use the guest laundry. The staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. We were even thanked for our visit, which is rare these days. this hotel exceeded our expectations and was far better than other Best Western properties we've stayed at.
