We loved the hotel's convenient location to all the Disney parks, Disney Springs, and excellent restaurants. The transportation provided, including the shuttle service to the parks, was reliable and well-organized. The hotel staff, especially Kenneth, provided exceptional customer service during check-in and went above and beyond to upgrade our room for a better view. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including the restaurant and cafe, was outstanding. Additionally, the staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was also fantastic, as it was within walking distance to Disney Springs and a short drive away from the amusement parks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with some even offering balconies and views of the fireworks. Lastly, the breakfast was included and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any major areas for improvement.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Lake Buena Vista for a family vacation. The rooms were clean and well kept, with a great view. The front desk staff, Kimberly and Diana, were extremely helpful. The marketplace had a variety of items and was always open. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and our kids really enjoyed it. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was extremely convenient, and the driver offered great tips. The hotel is conveniently located near Disney Springs, and parking was easy. The staff was cheerful and helpful throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a mini arcade, heated pool, and even a Pizza Hut Express and Disney store on site. The Disney View room was amazing, offering a breathtaking view of the fireworks from all the parks. The hotel's proximity to Disney Springs was ideal, with just a 15-minute walk during the day or a convenient bus service starting at 6pm. Additionally, the hotel's free shuttles to all the Disney parks were a true bonus, guaranteeing a seat during the busy periods.

I had a great time staying at this hotel near Disney Springs! The location was perfect for us, just a short walk away.
