We stayed at Best Western for a week-long vacation and it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right on the bay with stunning views. It's just a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of water sports activities nearby. The hotel itself is lovely, with a pool and a cozy fire pit in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options including eggs, sausages, French toast, and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We already booked our next stay!

We loved the location of the hotel! It was right beside the bridge to the island, so we were super close to the beach. At night, we could see the island all lit up and it was beautiful. The staff at the front desk was also incredibly nice, getting us into our room early with no problems. The outside area with the beach and tiki torches was awesome!

Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping stores nearby, providing guests with a variety of options. The hotel itself has a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound, and the pool area is well-maintained with comfortable chairs and an event building beyond. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities are provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. it offers great value for money and I would definitely return in the future.

The accommodating staff went above and beyond to fulfill our request for adjoining rooms by the pool. The location with easy entrance on Hwy 98 made it convenient for shopping and dining options. We even found a bait shop right next door. The variety of breakfast choices catered perfectly to my Keto diet, and having in-room amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and board, and hair dryer made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the beach and great restaurants like East Bay Crab House made it a top-notch experience.

The hotel facilities were great, including a heated pool with stunning views. The rooms were comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the gluten-free and dairy-free options in the breakfast area, as well as the all day availability of coffee, water, and juice. The hotel was conveniently located near a grocery store, McDonald's, KFC, and a local restaurant on the water. There was also a water sports business offering kayaking, boating, jet skis, and putt putt golf activities within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect - right on the water with amazing views and just a stone's throw away from the bridge to the beaches. The area is both quiet and safe, making for a peaceful stay. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The rooms were in great condition, with comfortable, double beds and a good supply of small pillows. Lastly, as a diabetic, I greatly appreciated the breakfast options available. They served a variety of food that catered to my dietary needs, giving me a good start to the day.

All was well, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this venue. This hotel is located on the waterfront, which is a quite area and conveniently close to everything that I needed. Right next to the bridge, I was able to easily access car rental and premium outlets. The leisure indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were very nice and the bbq facilities were a great touch. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was a breakfast feast and truly wonderful. Lastly, the staff gave 5-star service making this place welcoming and comfortable.

The Navarre bridge is also right next to the hotel, providing additional accessibility to local attractions. The waterfront is in close proximity, providing a stunning view to watch the sunrise or sunset. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping services. Guests have access to the heated swimming pool and facilities such as a grill, fire pit, corn hole game, and a pavilion with tables and chairs.

There were reports of smoke alarms malfunctioning and beeping for long periods.

The view of the bay from my waterfront room was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside, watching the sea birds and boats. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and basic amenities were plentiful. The breakfast served was perfect for a diabetic, included in the stay and had a great selection.
