I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Long Beach. the lobby and exterior looked updated and modern. the cleanliness was notable, as the rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the fact that the linens were clean. the complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch with a variety of options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and waffles.

One downside of the hotel was the outdated amenities in the rooms, such as an old microwave with turn dials and thin linens. the noise level was also a concern, as there were disturbances from neighboring multi-unit dwellings, noisy kids, and train tracks nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious suite upon arrival. It was perfect for organizing our suitcases before our flight. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh and constantly replenished options. The hotel's location was conveniently right next to the metro, making it easy to explore both Long Beach and downtown LA. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even printing our boarding passes for us.
