I recently stayed at Best Western in Orange for two nights for business. The staff was extremely accommodating when I called to inform them of my late arrival. They were super nice and even left a personal welcome note in my clean and beautiful bathroom. The room itself was great, with thoughtful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway and was both quiet and stylish. The comfortable bed and variety of TV programs made for a very enjoyable stay.

Some rooms may not be up to standards. Guests have reported finding used condoms on the floor, dirty towels hanging in the shower, and stains on walls and upholstery.

One negative aspect of my stay was that the room door was left open when I arrived, which was a bit concerning for security. Additionally, the phone and TV in the room didn't work properly, and the shower had very low water pressure.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location near biking trails and the secure bike storage at the hotel.
