I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean and had amazing features like a great shower. The hotel facilities were recently updated and upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. They even had a loaner cell phone charger available, which was a lifesaver since I left mine at home. The location was convenient, right off the secondary Pacific Highway and close to the ball field. For breakfast, they provided more than enough options and it was well maintained. I had a wonderful experience.

best western exceeded my expectations again in salem. the well-maintained property and comfortable rooms with newer additions were perfect. friendly staff, quick check-in/out, nice pool, and jacuzzi. plus, the location right off the freeway was great. excellent value for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with convenient access to the highway and a strip plaza and gas station nearby. Plus, there was a cool waterfall state park within just 30 minutes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an indoor jacuzzi and a nice-sized pool that I enjoyed after a long drive. The room had been pleasantly updated, and the shower was especially nice. The continental breakfast served in the morning was tasty and had all the usual fixings. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

As a frequent traveler, I stayed at the Best Western for 8 days during my recent trip. The hotel offered convenient parking right in front of our room, making it easy to load and unload our car. The newly renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with a beautifully designed shower featuring large and glass tiles. Directly across the street, there was an amazing breakfast place, and plenty of other dining options nearby. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, the well-maintained swimming pool and large hot tub were a great bonus. If not for the temporary hot water issue, this would have been a solid 5-star experience.

the location was perfect for me as it was super close to the State Fair. Secondly, the prices were really reasonable, offering great value for money. Thirdly, the rooms with king beds were updated and clean, with comfortable beds. Lastly, the breakfast was really good with a few hot options included, which is not always the case in other hotels.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, with friendly and helpful service. the check, in and check, out process was quick and easy, making our stay hassle, free. the location of the hotel was also excellent, right off the freeway, which made it convenient for our Christmas travel plans. Additionally, we enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. our room had a slight smell of smoke, which was a bit unpleasant.
