We had a great stay at this pet-friendly hotel in beautiful Florence. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the river and town. the bathroom was large, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We were impressed with the made-to-order omelettes and scrambles, which were the best we've ever had at a hotel. the experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend Best Western and would stay here again.

We recently stayed at Best Western Pier Point Inn for a weekend getaway. The individually made omelets for breakfast were a delicious treat, and the friendly breakfast staff made us feel welcome. The reception staff were efficient and accommodating, promptly moving us to a room with a better view when requested. The restaurant in the hotel surpassed our expectations, serving excellent food for both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the coastline, and the pool area offered a phenomenal view of the river.

We had a great time enjoying the attractions in the downtown area, which was conveniently located near our hotel. The location allowed us to walk to Old Town and explore the area's attractions. The room itself was fully equipped and we loved the breakfast selection, especially the omelets! The view from the room was mind-blowing, and it felt like we were completely surrounded by nature with the trees just out of our window.

The parking spaces were quite small, which was a bit of a hassle.

The breakfast was delicious with a made, to, order omelette station and a good selection of food. the location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful view of the river and town. We also enjoyed the pet, friendly atmosphere and the warm cookies and dog treats at check, in.

We were disappointed with the pool and hot tub area. the pool was shallow and felt cramped, and the hot tubs and sauna were not well, maintained.

I stayed at this hotel by the river and found it to be of great value for money. The rooms were in wonderful condition, some even had balconies with beautiful views of the river. One of my favorite things was the breakfast with made to order omelettes or scrambles - so tasty and the view was amazing!
