We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to a nearby National Park. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, including a wake-up call. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great choice of options.

The motel offers a great dog walking area and a safe 1/2 mile walking circle around the property. The free breakfast is outstanding. The motel is conveniently located near the Wall Drug store area. The hotel is quiet at night. The staff members are pleasant and knowledgeable.

Felt extremely safe, nothing to complain about.

We had been visiting the Blackhills with a carload of kiddos and were in desperate need of a place to get some shut eye. Best Western offered a perfect room with three beds for us and the staff was very kind. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids, who rated it the best pool of our trip. My husband also said the breakfast was by far the best he had on our six-day road trip.

During my recent stay at Best Western Plains Motel, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and comfort in the room. The bathroom was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. The overall ambiance of the motel was quite pleasant and inviting. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Additionally, the motel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Wall Drug and Badlands National Park. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a few positive aspects that stood out. the location was perfect for visiting the Badlands, which was the main reason for my trip. Secondly, the beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi and TV worked well, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the easy walk to the main business area of town was convenient and allowed for easy access to amenities.

On the downside, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. the complimentary grab and go breakfast was quite disappointing, consisting only of a honeybun, granola bar, and an apple.

The hotel had a convenient location near the entrance of a popular national park and close to other attractions. the room was clean and the air conditioning was effective in keeping the room cool. the included breakfast had a good variety of options, including eggs, sausage, and french toast.

The check-in process was not flexible. Staff was not accommodating when I tried to check-in early, even if there were available rooms.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, as seen when a maintenance staff member quickly replaced a malfunctioning microwave and refrigerator. The hotel also offers amenities such as a larger mini fridge, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast selection.

The room may be on the darker side, but the hotel has made noticeable upgrades.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the location was absolutely perfect - just a short drive away from a stunning national park. We were able to explore the beautiful surroundings easily. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thirdly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities we needed, including plenty of plugs for our electronics. And finally, the breakfast was an absolute delight. It offered a variety of options, including hot food, which is a rare find. We particularly appreciated the European-friendly choices.

All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
