This hotel is conveniently close to all the excitement Pigeon Forge has to offer; within a short drive, you can reach Dollywood, mini golf, and the iconic Dolly Parton's Stampede, along with attractions like the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame, which is just over 2 km away, and the Old Mill at about 1.27 km, making it easy to explore the area on foot or by car. The spacious rooms were quiet and comfortable, allowing me to relax after each day of adventure, plus the breakfast area was just a few steps away and offered a good variety of hot options, though I wish there was more diversity in the breakfast menu every day.

When we hit the room, it reeked, like something died in the vents. The towels we requested? Never got them! When we called for help, the front desk was unhelpful and just hung up. Total disappointment!

We hit up the Great Smoky Mountains for some epic hiking and photo ops, then cruised over to Dollywood for some heart, pounding fun. The hotel's indoor pool and games room were clutch after a long day of adventures. We were living our best teen life!

The room was spacious and updated, with comfortable beds and four pillows per queen. The walk-in shower was a highlight. It was very clean, and housekeeping was accommodating with linen changes. the indoor pool area was quite loud, and the pool itself was uncomfortably cold, making it challenging for our toddler to enjoy. Despite the brief hot tub use, its size and temperature were less than ideal. Breakfast options were limited and not as expected, with quality issues evident. Stocking towels in the pool area would have been appreciated.

Just stayed at this hotel in Pigeon Forge. Room was great, handicapped accessible and modern amenities were lovely. LOVED the jacuzzi! Would book again. Photos didn't do justice.

Stayed for xmas. Room had 2 queen beds and a balcony overlooking the river. Pools, fire pit, and hot tubs were nice. Great for families. Easy drive to Dollywood.

Floors weren't clean, kids' feet got dirty right after a shower. No USB receptacles in the room.

The indoor pool is cold and uncomfortable, which was disappointing, especially with a toddler. Several staff members lacked initiative; requests for assistance often felt ignored. The property shows its age, needing a thorough refresh. A surprising incident with housekeeping also felt intrusive. It’s a mixed bag, but the pros outweigh the cons. With some improvements, I’d gladly return for another stay.

Omg! the morning breakfast was a lifesaver! so many homemade goodies, saving us lots. Rooms ok, but that spread was 💯. Only issue - a leaky faucet. Staff was useful too! 😊

Convenient stay with excellent amenities

Best Western Plaza Inn exceeded my expectations with its great location near major attractions like Dollywood. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the shower had outstanding water pressure. Although the indoor pool was colder than expected, the overall experience, including the wood-like flooring and maid service, was fantastic.
