I keep returning because staff recommended great taxi. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, Fitness center, Indoor pool, Jacuzzi. Allows pets and offers non-smoking rooms. Coming back for Christmas.

I had a great stay at this new hotel. the modern decor was impressive, and the room layout was spacious, including ADA access. the abundance of outlets, including USB ports, was a convenient touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of hot foods and beverages.

The hotel was newly built and had modern and beautiful decor in all areas. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best we have had in a hotel. the breakfast was plentiful and had many hot food options to choose from.

The shower control head was poorly designed, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature and water pressure correctly without getting hit with cold water first. the entrance to the hotel was slightly confusing, and the front desk seemed to be understaffed at times.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus Amarillo East. The modern decor and comfortable room made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. The breakfast provided was tasty and had a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the convenient USB ports and multiple outlets in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a slightly tricky entrance and a refrigerator hum at night, our overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for its stylish ambiance and excellent amenities. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.
