The location is handy, with dining options nearby and reasonable access to attractions. I appreciated the outdoor pool area, although it was closed during my stay, as it seemed like a great spot to unwind.

The room I had was in dire need of a renovation. the carpet was old and stained, contributing to an overall stale smell that pervaded the space. I also ran into some issues with the shower taking far too long to heat up and the water pressure being subpar. Other guests noted similar concerns about cleanliness, particularly with bathroom fixtures not meeting expectations. The breakfast was just okay—nothing remarkable to write home about, and there's a complaint about limited parking options, especially during busy times.

My room was comfy with a spotless bathroom. Plus, the breakfast had enough hot options to fill my tummy, and the area was tidy with plenty of tables.

However, I could've used a bit more hot water—nothing says luxury like a cold shower! And a dirty wash rag as a welcome gift? A bit too personal, don't you think?

I had a great time at this place. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Kathy,, who went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable,, she’s like a superhero or something. The breakfast was really surprising,, way better than I expected,, I even grabbed some fruit to go,, super nice touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but I'd say it’s worth it for the experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus Augusta Civic Center Inn! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the complimentary full breakfast, especially the waffles! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even helping us with extra towels. The lobby was warm and inviting, and the location was super convenient for shopping and dining. We even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!

Some fixtures felt a bit fragile around our toddler.
