The room at Aiden By Best Western @ Austin City Hotel was impeccable, featuring all new furnishings and an artsy decor that truly captured the vibrant spirit of Austin. The view of downtown from the room added an extra touch of charm, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also a delightful experience, providing a delicious hot buffet with a local flair that perfectly set the tone for my mornings.

The only slight downside was the lack of aeration in the bathroom, as the window only cracked open, making it a bit challenging to regulate the humidity after showering. But overall, this minor inconvenience does not overshadow the countless positive aspects of the stay at Aiden.

I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the comfortable and cozy garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel provided all the essential toiletries. Additionally, the hotel had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and evening drinks. The staff on site were attentive and ensured that I had a great experience during my stay.

Our romantic escape was not what we expected, but at least we got some complementary drinks and chocolates from the staff. the room was cozy and we enjoyed the view from the window. the location was convenient for us, close to the highway and some restaurants. We also liked the fact that we had access to a gym, which was clean and had enough machines.

Our experience was filled with disappointments. the jacuzzi was not working and the pool area was dirty.

I recently stayed at the Aiden By Best Western for a few nights while exploring the area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast they served was absolutely fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and despite the smaller size, the room was clean and functional. I appreciated having a fridge in the room for storing leftovers. And let me just say, the eclectic wallpaper in our room was a fun and unique touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The location was convenient, just outside the downtown area and close to the attractions of Austin City. We were glad to be able to take a nice walk to the SOCO area and explore the shops. it was a pleasant stay.
