The Best Western Plus Carriage Inn exceeded my expectations with its extensive facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind, and the fitness center/gym was convenient for a quick workout. the room was a pleasant surprise, equipped with all the amenities to make me feel at home, including a hairdryer, safe, ironing set. The hotel's location near Sherman Oaks Castle Park was also a delightful bonus.

The cleanliness fell a bit short in some areas. Although the room seemed clean, there were dirty light switches, door handles, and debris around the beds that were missed by the vacuum.

The location was just perfect with easy access to all the popular LA attractions. The Denny's next door was a great convenience, and the staff were always willing to help with everything we needed- room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping service. The room itself was well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities, and the staff gave us a warm welcome drink. They had a great range of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation on the sun terrace or loungers. The spa was great, and the staff gave us a fantastic treatment, which was a great touch.
