We had to evacuate another hotel in the middle of the night due to a power outage and flooding. Best Western was happy to let us check in several hours early. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was fluffy, and the AC kept the room nice and cold. The hotel's convenient location, with nearby restaurants and stores within walking distance, was a bonus. Plus, we were given a room with a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This hotel claims to be in a great location, but that's simply not true. Although it's on I-10, it's quite far from everything else. The only upside is that there are some restaurants within walking distance. However, the rooms are poorly cleaned and prepared, often with dirty walls and refrigerators that haven't been properly cleaned. The staff are unprofessional and rude, and often disappear to take cigarette breaks, leaving guests waiting. Avoid this place and look for better options nearby.
